MATTCHAT (mattchat.com) is a brand owned and operated by MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC (megalith.ai). The original codebase was developed by Mckay Wrigley under MIT License. Original Code: Copyright (c) 2024 Mckay Wrigley. Current Service and Brand: Copyright (c) 2025 MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC. This service is provided under the terms of the MIT License, with dual attribution as noted above.
This policy applies to all standard users of MATTCHAT. For standard users, MATTCHAT is provided solely for entertainment purposes and not for any critical, commercial, or sensitive use cases. MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC makes NO security guarantees or assurances. ALL use of MATTCHAT is at the user's own risk. Users FULLY indemnify MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC against ALL security, privacy, and usage claims. Standard users receive NO guarantees of service availability, data protection, or system performance. Standard users acknowledge that the service is not designed for mission-critical applications, professional advice, or sensitive information processing.
Security guarantees and service-level provisions ONLY apply with a signed Enterprise Agreement with MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC. No verbal or written claims are valid without a formal Enterprise Agreement executed by authorized representatives. Standard users cannot claim enterprise-level protections under any circumstances. All enterprise security provisions, data handling practices, and service guarantees are exclusively defined in the Enterprise Agreement.
For standard users, MATTCHAT makes NO guarantees regarding data protection or privacy. MATTCHAT may collect user data including but not limited to personal information, usage patterns, messages, conversation history, IP addresses, device information, location data, and any content submitted to the service. No specific limitations are placed on how this data may be used, shared, or processed.
The App makes NO claims of GDPR compliance or other privacy regulatory compliance for standard users. GDPR rights are NOT guaranteed without an Enterprise Agreement. Users explicitly waive GDPR-related claims as a condition of using the service. EU users and users from other jurisdictions with strong privacy laws explicitly accept all data processing risks when using MATTCHAT as standard users.
For standard users, MATTCHAT makes NO guarantees regarding data security. User data may be stored, processed, and transmitted without specific security measures beyond basic industry practices. No guarantees are made regarding data retention, security of storage, or protection against unauthorized access. All data security risks are accepted by standard users as a condition of using the service.
MATTCHAT may use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to monitor usage, improve services, and collect data. No limitations are placed on the use of these technologies for standard users. Users acknowledge and consent to all forms of tracking and analytics as a condition of using MATTCHAT. No opt-out mechanisms are guaranteed for standard users.
The App makes NO claims of SOC 2 compliance or any other security certification compliance for standard users. SOC 2 attestation is ONLY available with an Enterprise Agreement. No security audit reports are provided to standard users. Users acknowledge that no compliance guarantees exist for standard users of the service.
No claims of compliance with ISO, HIPAA, NIST, FedRAMP, or other security frameworks are made for standard users. No security certifications are guaranteed for standard users. No compliance documentation is provided to standard users. All security framework compliance is exclusively available through Enterprise Agreements.
While basic security measures exist within MATTCHAT, no specific security level is guaranteed for standard users. Security measures may change without notice. Security effectiveness is not guaranteed. Users accept ALL security risks when using MATTCHAT as standard users. MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC makes no representations about the adequacy of security measures for any particular purpose.
Security measures MAY include basic encryption, authentication controls, standard security practices, and industry-standard protocols, but no guarantees are made regarding the implementation, effectiveness, or maintenance of these measures for standard users. No specific information about security architecture is provided to standard users.
Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and other AI providers integrated with MATTCHAT have their own security practices. MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC does not guarantee their security measures or data handling practices. Users accept ALL risks of third-party processing when using MATTCHAT. No security claims about AI providers are made. Users acknowledge that their data may be processed by third parties without specific security guarantees.
MATTCHAT may integrate with third-party services, APIs, and tools. No guarantees are made regarding the security, privacy, or performance of these integrations. Users accept ALL risks associated with third-party integrations. MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC is not responsible for the actions of third-party services or the transmission of data to these services.
MATTCHAT for standard users is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical decisions, professional advice, or sensitive applications. Standard users MUST NOT submit sensitive data, including but not limited to personal health information, financial records, government identification numbers, or confidential business information. Standard users MUST NOT attempt security testing, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt to bypass any security measures. Standard users MUST accept ALL security and usage risks and use the App at their own risk without expectation of protection.
Users acknowledge that no security guarantees exist for standard users. Users acknowledge no liability for security breaches, data loss, or service interruptions. Users acknowledge that no compensation is provided for security incidents, data loss, or service unavailability. Users accept full responsibility for their data and all consequences of using MATTCHAT.
Users may not use MATTCHAT for any illegal purpose, to distribute malicious content, to harass others, to distribute spam, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data. MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC reserves the right to terminate access for any user at any time and for any reason without notice or explanation.
Users retain ownership of content they create, but grant MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute any content submitted to MATTCHAT for the purposes of providing and improving the service. No confidentiality guarantees are made regarding user content.
MATTCHAT does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Any information provided through MATTCHAT is for entertainment and general informational purposes only. Standard users should not rely on MATTCHAT for professional advice or critical decision-making. MATTCHAT may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. Users should consult qualified professionals for advice tailored to their specific situations. MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC is not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided through MATTCHAT.
In case of security incidents affecting standard users, no notification is guaranteed. No remediation is guaranteed for standard users. No compensation is provided to standard users for any security incident, data loss, or service interruption. Users waive ALL related claims as a condition of using MATTCHAT as standard users.
In no event shall MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including but not limited to procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use of MATTCHAT, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of MATTCHAT is borne by the user.
Security guarantees, data protection, service-level agreements, and compliance certifications are ONLY available through a formal Enterprise Agreement with MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC. Such agreements require signed governing documents, paid enterprise subscriptions, and completion of the official upgrade process. No enterprise-level protections can be claimed without a formal agreement.
Enterprise features MAY include GDPR compliance, SOC 2 attestation, security documentation, incident response protocols, and service-level agreements (SLAs). The specific features, protections, and guarantees are exclusively defined in the Enterprise Agreement. No standard user can claim any of these protections without a formal agreement.
By using MATTCHAT, users fully indemnify MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC against ALL security claims, privacy claims, and usage claims. Users accept ALL security risks, privacy risks, and usage risks as a condition of using the service. Users waive ALL security-related rights, privacy rights, and usage rights not explicitly guaranteed in writing. Users acknowledge that NO security guarantees, privacy guarantees, or service guarantees exist for standard users.
This indemnification is complete and unconditional for standard users. It covers ALL security aspects, privacy aspects, and usage aspects of MATTCHAT. It includes ALL potential claims related to the use of MATTCHAT. There are NO exceptions to this indemnification for standard users.
MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC may modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice to standard users. Continued use of MATTCHAT constitutes acceptance of all modifications to these Terms. No notification of changes is required for standard users. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms to be aware of any changes.
Using MATTCHAT indicates complete acceptance of these Terms. Using MATTCHAT constitutes acknowledgment that for standard users, the service is provided solely for entertainment purposes. Using MATTCHAT constitutes a waiver of ALL claims not explicitly permitted by these Terms. Using MATTCHAT constitutes an assumption of ALL risks associated with the service. Using MATTCHAT constitutes an understanding of the NO guarantees policy for standard users.
Current users may contact their system administrator for technical access issues only. No additional assistance or clarification of these Terms will be provided to standard users. Enterprise users may receive support as specified in their Enterprise Agreement.
By using MATTCHAT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL MEGALITH SOFTWARE LLC OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SERVICE.
